About Us
Karen Sykes Lettings is an independent family run
business with excellent local and surrounding area
knowledge. We have been in business for over 10
years and we pride ourselves on offering clients a
professional and friendly service. We are
specialists in lettings and property management.
We know how important it is for landlords to have
complete confidence in their letting agents and as
we are members of ARLA and RICS and regulated
by the Financial Services Authority, our clients
know that they are in professional hands.
Karen Sykes, together with her Assistant Manager
Sharon Carter, are on hand six days a week. They
are supported in the week by Zoë Robson, which
ensures that both Landlords and Tenants can
always speak to someone familiar. Karen and
Sharon have been in the property business for
over 30 years between them and are proud to be
dedicated purely to the lettings market.
